On 26 July the Cyprus Presidency of the Council of the European Union organises an event in Brussels bringing together European bloggers. The discussion was structured around the four thematic priorities of the Presidency and also served the purposes of for example identifying best practices to generate interest and participation in the EU political debate as well as how to enhance citizen journalism and social media in less favourable contexts...
