The 4th Open Government Partnership Global Summit in Paris.

More than 4,000 registered participants, including a dozen heads of state, thousands of civil society leaders, and numerous other innovative open government reformers. Greater openness in government can serve as a countervailing force to rising authoritarianism and closing civic space around the world. Many of the workshops, panels and discussionst in propose steps to make this happen.
